Cellmax™ Wound Spray

Indication:
For healthcare professionals to use as an adjuvant in standard care for chronic, non-healing wounds in adults, including Diabetic Foot Ulcers (DFU), Venous Leg Ulcers (VLU), and post-operative/trauma wounds (HSPC Class 2 & 3).

Contraindications:

• Ischemic wounds before revascularization.
• Neoplastic wounds.
• Active infections requiring surgery (abscesses, fasciitis).
• Underlying osteomyelitis.
• Chronic wounds classified as HSPC Class 4 or 5.

Direction for use:

• Preparation: Must be prepared and applied aseptically by trained healthcare professionals.
• Application: Perform standard debridement first. Spray evenly over the entire wound bed (Dosage varies by HCP guidelines.
• Treatment Schedule: Administer weekly for up to 12 weeks or until closure.

Precautions:

• Consultation: Consult a provider before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or for pediatric patients (safety not fully established).
• Infection Control: Do not use on wounds with uncontrolled infection; debridement is required first.
• Allergies: Discontinue use if local or systemic reactions occur.
• Safety Profile: Biocompatibility testing confirmed the product is non-irritant. No adverse reactions reported in studies.

Recommended Storage:

• Storage: Store unopened bottles at 2–8°C (dry, dark place).
• Use Period: Use within 28 days after first opening. Discard after 28 days.
