We do not accept any return of product(s) being purchased and after the said product(s) being used/exposed of for health and hygiene purposes.

If there is any product(s) being delivered and received by you is/are damaged, you may choose ONE (1) of the following option(s):

(a) to receive a same amount of refund in the form of a credit voucher for the damaged products only; OR,

(b) to accept replacement of the same product(s) which is/are purchased without any delivery charges.

Please note that original delivery and handling charges will not be included in terms of credit voucher.
